After the Sun Sets Games

For years, we enjoyed live action roleplaying (larping) at various conventions. It was like taking the table top gaming experience to the next level. You can think of it like a Renaissance faire but you participate in it, not just attend. For years, there were ones that ran through the evening and into the small hours of the night, and we embraced the experience. Sadly, those are fading away. Determined to bring this back, we founded After the Sun Sets Gaming. A group dedicated to bring back those immersive Larp experiences, whether at a convention or a private venue. Primarily we focus on the historical World of Darkness, but we’re also venturing into the Isekai anime genre with future larps. These are all held at regional conventions.

Lore Master and Head Storyteller

Sam Levine has been a storyteller for as long as he can remember. It was only natural that he started larping before there really was such a thing. They made up the rules as they went along. As a long time lover of history and roleplaying, it was natural that it developed further and he savored the experience he had in the night time larps at events like DragonCon. Before AtSSG was formed, Sam created and developed a Lord of the Rings Larp for DragonCon, that went deep into the lore of Tolkien’s world and was supported by OneRing.net as part of the event. Over the years, many larp events have increased in pricing and Sam is determined to keep it affordable while still really working on an immersive experience for a con larp.
